An economic prediction and analysis meeting for the first quarter of 2015 took place in the Kunming Hi-Tech Zone on the afternoon of Jan 13. Representatives from 11 key biological medicine enterprises within the Zone attended the meeting.

Enterprise representatives pointed out that faced with the advent of mobile internet, each enterprise should upgrade its industrial structure, improve production and management efficiency, adjust its marketing pattern, and make its products unique in 2015 to enhance competiveness.

As for two of the main difficulties that enterprises mentioned at the meeting – backward infrastructure construction in Majinpu, and water supply and power supply problems – Wang Minzheng, director of the administrative committee of the Zone, said that this year more effort would be made to promote the infrastructure construction in Majinpu New Town Industrial Base, and relevant departments should guarantee the water and power supply.

Wang said that a good service environment in the Zone will be created with the highest efficiency and the best quality. Meanwhile, all the biological medicine enterprises should seize the opportunities from an emerging industry which has a large market and achieve greater success in 2015.
