Kunming Hi-Tech Zone learns from Guiyang

The Kunming Hi-Tech Zone in Yunnan province sent a delegation to its Guiyang counterpart in Yunnan's eastern neighbor, Guizhou province, on Jan 29, to get a closer look at its innovative development patterns.
The group, led by Wang Minzheng, director of the administrative committee of the Zone, visited the Guiyang Big Data Application and Exhibition Center, Guiyang International Talent City and 3D Printing Technology Center, where it learned about Guiyang's experience on attracting skilled workers and the development of its emerging industries.

The two sides then held a meeting and talked about the industrial cluster, personnel training, integration of industry and city life, finance, effective management and high quality services.
Wang said at the meeting that he was greatly inspired by the Guiyang Hi-Tech Zone's development strategies and he looked forward to further communication and cooperation with the Zone. He invited directors and experts in Guiyang to visit the Kunming Hi-Tech Zone and give suggestions on its development.
Also taking part in the visit were vice director of the Kunming Hi-Tech Zone, Zhao Shujun, and officials of the Zone's development research institute, human resources bureau and agriculture, forestry and water bureau.
