Four years of hard work has made our dreams come true. I promised you I would not cry. I made it!

After the tournaments I kept smiling with joy instead of crying, for my success to the very end. To my great delight, I harvested both gold medals for the parallel bars-team and individual- and the men's gymnastics team bagged the gold medals in all the events.
Our dreams have all come true; a perfect Olympics!
Four years ago, the whole team was deflated by the unexpected failure in the team events in Athens. For Beijing 2008 we actually stood up from where we fell down, and now stand even taller.
The medal on the parallel bars was the sixteenth of my career and also ranked the fortieth on China's scoreboard. I created history and a legend for my home country. I was always asked: “Are there any regrets in your life?” Certainly, there were. But the imperfections demonstrate the meaning of the perfect. In fact, the sweetness and bitterness in my career perfect my life.
Up to now, my excitement as a champion has lessened little. This medal which has come after failure and success is of more significance for me. It not only represents my achievement but also bears the efforts of the whole team and the expectation of the Chinese gym-fans.
The gold belongs to all of you, my excellent compatriots. Thank you all!
