Another option for degrees

Comment on "Parents should look further afield" (China Daily, March 28)

I totally agree with the author of this letter that parents should look outside of the US for countries that offer high quality, low cost or tuition free university education. Many Norwegian and Finnish universities are free even for foreigners and some German universities are also tuition free. These countries have many master's degree programs in English designed to attract international students who want to benefit from the generous education policies of the country.
