If I was a new graduate, I would pick a job according to my personal reality and the requirements of the employer. I would do things starting from zero regardless of my family's background, no matter what my academic scores were in school. But a common universal principle is that a hardworking and practical attitude as will as having an optimistic mindset to embrace life will always guarantee that a person will have a calm and comparably happier life.
