4. Live fish

I have never been fond of eating fish but in China I completely stopped eating it. In the West fishermen kill the fish before it hits the kitchen table. In China you can see the live fish until shortly before it gets eaten. It isn't rare, or so it appears, that some seafood is still alive when it is served to the patrons in a restaurant.
