These people deserve their own time and space and respect but they shouldn’t abuse that by using loud speakers. In China I often have to put up with loud music in front of my balcony. My wife and I ask the people to lower the volume, but after a day or two go with the loud music again. With dancing it’s the same, if people enjoy it, it’s fine, but they should have more consideration for the people around them. Nobody likes to be bothered, even in their home.
