Can you live without the Internet?

I have decided to start a new life, and spend as little time as possible online. The Internet could be fun but it also can ruin lives. I am an Internet addict and because of my addiction I have lost many friends and a real life. The Internet can be good, but not if you get addicted like me. I used to always avoid my friends in the past for the Internet, and it has consumed everything in my life. It makes you exercise less and gain weight. I used to be a school jock always playing high school competitive sports. I am now just gaining weight and wasting my life away rotting while I stay connected to the Internet.
