Yaxi Bean Jelly, named after its place of origin, Yaxi Township in Zunyi County, is the most distinctive refreshing snack in Zunyi of Guizhou Province in summer and is especially favored by girls. With good-quality peas as the raw material, it is cut into thin strips and looks yellow in color and smooth in texture. When specially made fried pepper sauce is added it has a unique flavor.
