Sophieb (China)
Shi Yongxin has explained it many times that the temple's actions are meant to promote and spread Shaolin culture and protect the Shaolin brand, but the problem seem to lie in whether this traditional religious culture can be developed and accepted by more people after it is run as a business. I think if Shaolin can preserve the essence of its culture at the same time focus on social benefits, it does not matter whether the Shaolin culture should be promoted in a commercial model or not. If the Principal Abbot Shi Yongxin does not take measures to protect the Shaolin brand, the popularity of the title "Shaolin" among public will be used by others businessmen to make money.
