Should 'luxury car insurance' be mandatory?

I don’t think it’s a good idea. If you obey the traffic rules, you don’t need to worry about how to pay for compensation to fix luxury cars. Similarly, when you break a traffic law and hit other vehicles, you of course should be responsible.
