Workers slog away in hot, hard conditions

Luo Yongliang, a construction worker from Central China's Henan province, poses before two rows of box girders at his worksite in Jiaxing city, East China's Zhejiang province, July 26, 2011. Luo works outdoors everyday, and in summer months, the scorching sun often leaves him with sunburn. Luo is among many workers who have to bear exceptionally high temperatures as part of their daily work environments.
