Passengers waiting in line at Lingyin Bus Station in Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang province, are showered by water sprays to help them cool down on July 2. Due to the recent hot weather, which pushed temperatures in Hangzhou to 35-37 C, the bus station activates the cooling system starting at 8 am to offer passengers a cooler waiting environment. Hangzhou's public transportation venues were the first in China to offer the cooling system three years ago. The quality of the spray is the same as purified water. The spray can reduce the temperature at least 5 degrees. [Photo/Asianewsphoto]
