Young delegate takes up migrant children cause

Tie Feiyan, who was born in the 1990s, is a delegate to the National People's Congress (NPC) from Yunnan province. She does some online research about children of migrant workers and their education in cities, Feb 22, 2013. Tie is an employee of Road Development Limited Co of Yunnan province. As a delegate to the NPC this year, she has done field studies by visiting migrant worker communities in cities, and she plans to present proposals on left-behind children and migrant children studying in cities.
