Microsoft Corp has offered to buy Nokia's mobile phone business for $7.2 billion, fueling speculation over the future landscape of the already much-contested mobile market. Nokia, once the undisputed dominant handset brand, has been struggling to respond to the challenge from smartphone makers such as Apple and Samsung.
