Chinese firm GQY Video & Telecom launches 3-D products

SHANGHAI - GQY Video & Telecom Joint-Stock Co., Ltd has released a high-definition 3-D screen system, high-definition 3-D network camera, 65-inch interactive electric blackboard, edit-display-record integrated system and other products, it announced Thursday.

Nearly 200 people witnessed the release of the 3-D screen at a gala in the Great Hall of the People. Through the video clip on the product, spectators "experienced" a rocket launch and a space trip.

The high-definition 3-D screen system is a groundbreaking innovation in 3-D visual devices all over the world.

The 65-inch interactive electric blackboard has an edit-display-record integrated system can be used for editing, recording, making special effects, adding script and other functions.

With these products, GQY hopes to make inroads into the domestic electronic home appliances market, which is dominated by the foreign brands of Sony, Panasonic and Hitachi.

The Shenzhen GEB-listed company realized 220 million yuan of revenue in 2009, and saw 53 million yuan net profit during the same period.
