Int'l agricultural expo to be held in Kunming

The sixth Kunming International Agricultural Expo 2010 will be held at Kunming International Convention and Exhibition Center from Sept 9 to 13, 2010.

With "Build Urban Modern Agriculture and Promote Urban-Rural Integration" as its theme, the agricultural exposition aims to fully display results of agriculture and new socialist countryside construction of the city, expand international and domestic cooperation, promote market information exchange, promote regional economical development and comprehensive agricultural development in the city and help rural economy reach a new level.

During the fifth Kunming International Agricultural Expo in 2009, more than 1,200 clients were organized and more than 2,000 standard booths were set up.
