Chengdu Hi-tech Zone recruits high-end talent in Beijing

The Chengdu Hi-tech Zone and Tianfu Software Park in Chengdu, capital of Sichuan Province, jointly held a job fair in Beijing's Zhongguancun, which is known as China’s Silicon Valley, to seek high-end IT talent on Sunday.

Some 1,000 jobs were provided in the fair to woo talent in the software and information service sectors.

According to organizers, the same job fair will be held in advanced cities such as Shanghai, Guangzhou and Dalian from May to August to attract talent in the electronic information industry.

In the next years to come, the Chengdu Hi-tech Zone is expected to have between 200,000 and 300,000 talented personnel in the software and service outsourcing sectors.
