2011 CIMA Global Business Challenge is held in Sichuan

The two-day 2011 CIMA Global Business Challenge kicked off yesterday in Chengdu, capital of Sichuan province.

Seventeen teams of university students from Australia, Bangladesh, the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Malaysia, Middle East, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Sri Lanka, the United Kingdom and Vietnam will do case studies and make statements in front of the panel of judges in order to win the championship.

Organized by the London-based Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), the CIMA Global Business Challenge is an international business management competition designed to bring out the best in potential business leaders among young people.

It is the first time that the CIMA Global Business Challenge is being held in the country.
