Patrolling in the ticket hall of the Chongqing North Railway Station in Chongqing municipality, Huang Hao, a ticket seller, found an old couple with walking sticks approaching a window slowly.

Learning they would buy tickets for Changshou county in Chongqing, Huang took them to a specail window for the handicapped and helped them get the tickets.

He also filled in two loving cards for them. With the cards, employees in the station accompanied them to their train.

During the Spring Festial travel peak, the Chongqing North Railway Station issues around 60 loving cards each day.

With the cards, old, sick and pregnant passengers can receive special treatment in buying tickets, waiting for and boarding trains.
