SHANGHAI, March 2, 2012 (Xinhua) -- Traffic police officer explains safety rules to visitors in the experience center in Shanghai, east China, March 2, 2012. The first disaster prevention and reduction experience center of Shanghai was founded in Xinjiangwan Community on Friday. The center had 6 areas, such as fire protection pavilion.
