The Xi'an Shanlin International Trade Company will work together with Xi'an Aiju Grain and Oil Group and the Chita Siberia Company to build a cooking oil storage project with a capacity of 50,000-tons in the Xi'an Bonded Area.
The project will cover an area of about 50 mu (3.34 hectares), with an investment of 96.93 million yuan ($15.65 million). In addition, the Xi'an Shanlin International Trade Company will build a grain and oil transaction center in the Bonded Area, the first of its kind in China's inland cities.
The Cooking Oil Storage Center will help to safeguard the cooking oil supply of Shaanxi's market The container terminal and the bonded area is set to allow the storage center to expand its business and benefit the Xi'an International Trade and Logistics Center.
The Xi'an Shanlin International Trade Company was set up in the Xi'an International Trade and Logistics Center, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan (about $1.62 million), in September2012. The company's operations focus onexport and import of agricultural products including grain and oil.
