This year marks the eighth year that the German Munich Monchshof palace will be built during the Qingdao International Beer Festival since its first debuted in 2006. The beer palace is focused on culture and sells more than 10 kinds of beer from six brands, such as Monchshof and EKU.

Monchshof's Zabringer brand beer will make its first appearance in the festival. Monchshof palace will offer roast lamb legs, lamb chops and Xinjiang-flavored barbeque. Visitors can try the beer and delicious snacks as well as enjoy wonderful performances of American jujutsu and Wuqiao acrobatics in the palace.

The Zabringer brand has topped beer sales volume in Germany for six consecutive years. The brand will also provide alcohol-free beer and a “Year of the Snake” special beer in addition to white beer, dark beer and beer on draft supplied especially for the festival. Krombacher will prepare Xinjiang-flavored roast lamb chops, clams, roasted whole cattle, and Irish wild deep sea golden crabs for visitors during this year's festival.
