On the second day of the Global Beer Drinking Contest, Wang Zhangsen, the Beer King in 2009, broke the Speed Drinking record for 1500ml.

Unsatisfied with his own first day's performance, Wang came very early to take part in another contest. As expected, his ambition and strong desire to win paid off. He broke the 7.29 second record held by Li Baocheng with a new 7.03 second record for speed drinking a 1500ml mug.

The Beer Drinking Contest takes place at the central stage at 9 pm each night. By the end of the festival, the final winner will be rewarded a car worth of 100,000 yuan ($16,340). The eye-catching award has attracted many beer lovers to take part in the contest.

However, according to the judges of the contest, many competitors lost for breaking the rules. As a friendly reminder, competitors should learn about the rules ahead of schedule.
