A memorandum was recently signed between Neusoft - the largest IT solutions and services provider in China - and Oracle, concerning comprehensive cooperation for key industry solutions.

Neusoft offers products and services such as medical imaging equipment and e-hospital solutions, and the move means Oracle will apply Neusoft’s solutions to Oracle Integrated System, Oracle Converged Application, and Oracle middleware and hardware products, in the field of healthcare. Their cooperation is also set to benefit Zhongguancun’s software industry.

Neusoft was founded at Northeastern University, China, in 1991, and it has eight regional headquarters and 16 software development and technology support centers in China, in addition to 130,000 employees around the world. It is also China’s first listed software enterprise and largest offshore software outsourcing producer.

Oracle’s China Research Center is located in Zhongguancun Software Park, covering 30,000 square meters, and it has 1,500 employees.
