Special guest country
(chinadaily.com.cn) Updated: 2014-09-12 11:11The Special Guest Country mechanism was first launched during the 11th CAEXPO. Under the mechanism, the CAEXPO secretariat will, on behalf of CAEXPO co-organizers, invite one of the RCEP AFP members (exclusive of China) to be the Special Guest Country of the year by taking full consideration of their desires and conditions for participation. Facing the 10+6 and open to the RCEP, the CAEXPO will strive to help China and the ASEAN as a whole strengthen exchanges with other economies to forge more business opportunities.
