Want to be enlightened by the amazing charm of plum blossom in Nanjing? Well, Jiangsu is a land full of enchanting flowers and sceneries. Here are some other places to go to chase the beauty.

The Jiangnan city of Suzhou, for example, is offering a plum exhibition at its Xiangxuehai scenic spot, also known as Scented Snow Sea. With a staggering sea of plum flowers, it feels like a tranquil terrace to get away from noisy modern day life.

Meanwhile, Guangfu town in Suzhou is another famous place to enjoy plum blossoms. The red and white flower clusters stretch about 15 km long. According to the legend, emperors Kangxi and Qianlong of the Qing dynasty (1644-1911) and Tang Bohu, a famous Chinese painter during the Ming dynasty (1368-1644) once visited Guangfu to appreciate plum blossoms.
