Contracts of 28 projects including two science-technology programs with total investments amounting to 32 billion yuan ($5.16 billion) were signed during the opening ceremony of the 10th China (Changzhou) Advanced Manufacturing Technology Achievement Exhibition Fair in Changzhou May 18.
