Gansu Investment and Trade Fair aims to boost cooperation along the Belt and Road

The 21st China Lanzhou Investment and Trade Fair will open in Lanzhou, Gansu province on July 6-11.
The fair will feature cooperation modes between Gansu and countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt that runs through the continents of Asia, Europe and Africa. Several forums and investment promotion expos will be held during the six-day event, aiming at increasing exposure of Gansu's local enterprises and products.
Some 22 cities and municipalities in China and 16 countries and regions will attend the fair. Themed activities will also be held where entrepreneurs and investors from provinces of Anhui, Zhejiang and Taiwan will be invited to have a closer look at Gansu's natural resources and industrial development potential.
Covering a total area of 70,000 square meters, the fair will consist of three exhibition halls that will display Gansu's strong industries such as traditional Chinese medicine, equipment manufacturing, wine industry and halal food, as well as local its history and cultural features.
