Manuscript Exhibition of World-Famous People in Nanjing

Are you curious about the original manuscripts of great minds? Do you want to see the handwriting of Albert Einstein and Bertrand Russell? This August, all of these will be on display for you at the gallery of the period of the Republic of China in Xi Nanli (Cinna Lane) historic and culture area in Nanjing, Jiangsu.

According to the organizers, Guanzhu Research Institute of Historical Architecture, this exhibition will display the manuscripts and images of some of 20th century's world-famous personalities in the 20th. As the very first exhibition in its kind, focusing on the world history, the display will provide an opportunity for Chinese visitors to better understand and get to know about those great people, while feeling the charm of the manuscript collection.

Among manuscripts on display are those of Albert Einstein, Bertrand Russell, Stalin, Franklin Roosevelt, Winston Churchill, and some great Chinese minds, such as Chairman Mao and premier Zhou Enlai.
