The Center is responsible for on-site administration, service and coordination at CAEXPO venues. Subordinate service providers will help in providing information, booth setup, water and power supply, exhibition equipment, exhibits, business services, internet access, and other services.

2. Service Providers

1) Exhibit Shipping

Guangxi Golden Global Exhibition Co. Ltd and Guangxi Post Logistics Co. Ltd are the designated shippers of the 12th CAEXPO. You may entrust these two companies or their overseas agent(s) to arrange the shipment of your exhibits. If you transport your exhibits via other overseas shippers, please contact Guangxi Golden Global Exhibition Co. Ltd or Guangxi Post Logistics Co. Ltd before arrival of the exhibits in Nanning for customs procedures and quarantine & inspection, to ensure timely delivery of your exhibits for booth setup.
