The construction of the standard warehouse project, located in Lintong Industrial Park of the Xi’an International Trade and Logistics Park (ITL), includes a standard warehouse (with special warehouses such as a refrigerated warehouse), transit site, parking lot, and a storage center with public facilities.
The project is expected to cover a land area of 40 hectares and a construction area of about 45hectares. It will mainly serve the Xi’an ITL Park, ITL Lintong Industrial Park, downtown Xi’an, and other adjacent areas, offering safe, reliable, and convenient services related to storage, distribution, delivery, and financial regulation pledges.
The warehouse is expected to fit into the logistics market in Xi’an and to complement the services of the city’s existing standard warehouse. The new warehouse will provide supportive services for enterprises operating in the park, offering logistics solutions for higher efficiency at a lower cost.
The project has a total investment of 300 million yuan ($49.02 million), and the Xi’an ITL Park will provide water, electricity, heating and other auxiliary facilities for the project, which is expected to be completed within 18 months, with an expected average return of investment rate of about 8 percent and a payback period of five years. Companies are welcome to take part in the project’s construction and operation by investing, cooperation, or BT (Build-Transfer).
