The 2015 China-Arab Travelling Salesmen Conference will be held at the Green Garden in the city of Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui autonomous region, on Sept 8, the provincial tourism bureau reports, explaining that Ningxia will be joining the country of Jordan in recommending tourism, and encouraging overseas sales people to come see for themselves.

The topic of the conference is “Come to beautiful China, feel the charming Silk Road, visit miraculous Ningxia” and there will be tourism resources and products from Ningxia and Jordan on display, along with folk performances and Ningxia’s travel agencies will communicate with the sales people to promote travel between Ningxia and Arab states.

At the conference, which is one part of the larger upcoming China-Arab States Expo in Yinchuan, Ningxia will cooperate with Jordan, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, and China’s Fujian province , and Guangxi and Xinjiang regions and Taiwan to form a “One Belt, One Road” tourism development federation, referring to China’s new pan-Asia project, and announce a Ningxia Declaration.

Ningxia is also inviting overseas sales personnel to come and has a look at its main scenic spots and give ideas on improving tourist products. The conference itself will have many tourism commodities on display, to inspire Ningxia enterprises to come up with their own designs.
