The Xi’an International Bonded Area logistics warehouse rental project is located in the Xi’an Bonded Logistics Center in the bonded area’s first phase, next to the No 1 entry and exist gate in the bonded area and opposite the Xi’an Railway Container Center Station.
The project consists of two single-storey bonded standard warehouses, A1 and A2, with water, electricity, and Internet facilities. The A1 warehouse covers an area of about 120,000 square meters and A2 covers 170,000 sq ms.
The project is located in the center of the bonded area, and it has attracted many of the world’s Top 500 companies, such as Tata Group, and many other outstanding companies, including Nippon Express of Japan and Xiamen Utrans Supply Chain Management Ltd of China’s city of Xiamen city, that aim to conduct business related to international trade, bonded storage, and bonded logistics.
The 17-storey bonded area office building is adjacent to the Dry Port Holiday Hotel, Dry Port Street, and Dry Port Town, and enjoys other facilities, concerning dining, entertainment, and fitness.
It aims to attract companies dealing in import and export transactions and international freight agency services in Shaanxi province and around China.
The core functions of the bonded area, such as bonded freight, multimodal transport, and on-site document processing services, aim to facilitate the transactions of companies which conduct import and export business, by saving time and costs, and thus strengthening the international competitiveness of the companies.
