Called "Nothing Ordinary" Food and Wine Festival, the event was held earlier this month, and offered guests a contemporary dining extravaganza of authentic French, Italian, Vietnamese, South American and Chinese fare, as well as wines and spirits from world-famous wineries and distilleries, and creative entertainment.
Tickets were sold out a month after going on sale in late October, according to the hotel, which now plans to host the event annually.
"It showed our commitment to elevate the food and beverage quality," says Jimenez, "and our effort to make Sanya an international island resort."
