Sanya set to host world's masters
Updated: 2016-03-03 13:18Sanya of Hainan province will host the inaugural world tai chi cultural festival from April 8-12.
More than 100 international tai chi masters and mavens will take part in the five-day festival, which is aimed at promoting tai chi shadow boxing around the world and enhancing the influence of Chinese culture.
Events from the festival, which is organized by www.tjqworld.com, Sanya municipal cultural and sports bureau, Sanya municipal tourism commission and the Sanya Nanshan scenic district, include seminars, demonstrations, cultural displays and an awards gala.
