Nipsea Group spreads love in Vietnam

A vibrant splash of color descended upon HoaPhu Secondary School in Cu Chi province in Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City on August 8.

"Color, way of love", a corporate social responsibility program of Nipsea Group, aims to help school children in remote areas decorate, rebuild and transform their school and study environment. The program started off in Nippon Paint China, a member of Nipsea Group, in 2009. And now, Nipsea Group hopes to spread it all over Asia and cover the world.

Principal Anh Dat, students, business partners and community members, as well as Ariel Wu, Nipsea Group PR & CSR Director, attended the dedication ceremony.

"I am so pleased by the new partnership between Nippon Paint Vietnam and HoaPhu Secondary," said Anh Dat.

"The new coat of paint transformed the school's facade and outdoors into a vibrant and active learning space for our students. This is an exciting moment for the staff and students of HoaPhu, and we appreciate the generosity of Nippon Paint."

HoaPhu Secondary School, with an area of 10,000 square meters and 500 students, has put on a new coat of paint.

We believe the best way to give back is to link philanthropic dollars with our painting solutions and expertise as well as our employees' skills and passion. This distinction validates our efforts towards making asubstantial and lasting impact in communities," said Ee Soon Hean, the GM of Nippon Paint Vietnam.

"We also wanted that a project would build pride and participation among Nipsea Group corporate employees, allowing us to give back to our local community of Cu Chi."
