By the support and participation from countries and related international institutes of "one belt and one road", we can see the "one belt and one road" became more solid construction after 4 years development. Due to the more close cooperation between South Asia and Southeast Asia, Yunnan also received more cultural diversity, information, economy development and other profits.

Open-up can bring progress, and inclusiveness can make more development. An open-up environment can help us to reach mutual understanding and create more culture communication and tourism cooperation opportunities.

Wang LingguiVoices of keynote speakers

The executive vice chairman, board of directors & secretary of NIIS, CASS

The 5th China-South and Southeast Asia Think-tank Forum offered us a good opportunity and platform for communication and more cooperation. "One belt and one road" described a brand new future for all of us. We can look for cooperative partners and enhance the understanding and trust to realize the regional prosperity. And I think if our think-tank institutes all working together to do research about international problems and support each other, we can promote the society development and earn more international speaking right.

Zhou Gang

The former Ambassador of China to Malaysia, Pakistan, Indonesia and India

"One Belt and One road" construction is based on win-win principle and cooperation. Every country participant is partner and donator and beneficiary of "One Belt and One road". China and other countries would like to make more achievements by trade, funds and communication.

Developing more well-equipped traffic system and better finance security can guarantee the cooperative projects going fluently. Think tank can play an effective role to strengthen the cooperation and close the relationship within countries.

Jin Xin

The director of China Center for Contemporary World Studies, International Department, Central Committee of CPC

Without any doubts, I believe think tank is playing a very important role in "One Belt and One road" construction.

We need to enlarge our vision and blueprint by our professional strengths. For the last few years of projects about BCIM economic corridors, China-Southern peninsula countries, and Lancang-Mekong river cooperation, we met challenge and problems.so how to solve these difficulties is the focus in our research. "One Belt and One road" is not only about facilities instruction; it's about uniting people from different countries. In conclusion, I want to use a popular song in Laos to summarize my wish to "One Belt and One road". "One Belt and One road" has you and me, let's solve the problems no matter big or small. Let's doing research together to donate our intelligence and make efforts to South Asia and Southeast Asia cooperation.
