Senior experts to attend Global Programmers' Festival

The 2nd Global Programmers' Festival will be held in the Xi'an High-tech Industries Development Zone from Oct 24 to 25, aiming to push forward development of software and information services and build Xi'an into a world famous software city and the Silicon Valley of the Chinese Silk Road.

With the release of "Made in China 2025", artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing and industrial internet have all contributed to the development of intelligent manufacturing.

To give more intelligent manufacturing enterprises and IT companies a better understanding of intelligent manufacturing, the Global Programmers Festival will hold a high-end salon discussing the topic.

The salon will invite senior experts in the industry to share their ideas and experiences in intelligent manufacturing in order to help enterprises take full advantage of the opportunities before them.

Dr. Huang Pei is a senior member of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, part-time professor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, general manager of e-works, and director of the Wuhan Manufacturing Information Engineering Center.

Huang has more than 20 years of working experience in manufacturing informatization and the integration of IT application with industrialization. He supervised the integration of IT application with industrialization for more than 100 large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.

Huang has won a number of prizes for his contributions to technological innovation, including the national second prize for scientific and technological progress, the second prize for scientific and technological progress in Hubei province and first prize for scientific and technological progress in Wuhan.

Ning Zhenbo is the deputy chief engineer of 301 Research Institute at Aviation Industry Corporation of China, Ltd, deputy general manager of AVIC Digital, part-time professor at Northwestern Polytechnic University and among the first batch of 23 experts in the integration of IT application with industrialization to be awarded by the Ministry of Industry and Information.

In 1982, he joined the first aircraft design research institute. In 1995, he was appointed as expert of the General Group "Jinhang Engineering" and vice chairman of the Shaanxi Computer Society. Ning won the national second prize for scientific and technological progress and participated in an aircraft manufacturing digitization project. He is a member of the General Group of Informatization Experts of China Aviation Industry Group Company.
