High-end salon highlights the Global Programmers' Festival
With the catchy slogan "Coding Society", the second Global Programmers' Festival will be held in the Xi'an High-Tech Industrial Development Zone from Oct 24 to 25, and will focus on programmers, innovation, science, talent, software, and the Belt and Road Initiative.
It will set up sub-venues in Silicon Valley in the United States, Bangalore in India, Beijing, and Nanjing, providing a platform for international cutting-edge technology.
The festival will run for two days, and will include a main forum, three themed forums, a carnival, a programming competition, two selections, two national releases, and a signing ceremony.
Christophe Galfard, a French scientist, author of "The Universe in Your Hand", and professor at Stanford University, will give lectures during the festival.
The festival will also hold themed salons on artificial intelligence, technological finance, cloud ecology, and intelligent manufacturing, as well as galas and performances.
Representatives from related IT parks (software parks) and famous enterprises, foreign students from Belt and Road countries and cities, and renowned programmers will take part in the festival.
