Nanjing to launch Global Programmers' Festival venue

The 2nd Global Programmers' Festival will be held in Xi'an on Oct 24-25, with the theme of "Digital World, Coding the future".

The Nanjing branch venue of the festival is aimed at large scale, high level and rich content. It is expected to involve over 20,000 online participants and over 500 offline participants, with more than 200 important core guests and nearly 50 TV, print and online media outlets.

The Nanjing branch venue has also prepared keynote speeches. Liu Gang, CEO of ChinaSoft International Internet ITS Group, which is a project based on the cooperation between ChinaSoft International, the Nanjing municipal government and the Nanjing Internet + Software Trading Service Platform, will share the solution of digital government affairs, "New Policy, New Model, New Service".

Xu Xuwei, director of Huawei Cloud Jiangsu Ecological Cooperation Department, will give a keynote speech entitled "Puhui AI, Leading New Economy and Ecology", and talk about the application practice and challenges of AI in the process of enterprise digitalization.

In addition to keynote speeches, the Nanjing branch venue will also invite the vice-president and CTO of Huitongda, the "rural e-commerce" unicorn, Sun Chao. Invested in by Ali to the tune of 4.5 billion yuan ($648.38 million), Chao will share the latest insights on the application and practice of government digital construction, innovative applications in the construction of digital platforms and the informatization of large state-owned enterprises.

The branch venue will also display a software and information service industry development results area, providing a platform for promoting outstanding companies and cases, and demonstrating new models, technologies and products in the fields of smart cities, cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence and blockchain.
