Shaanxi Products Expo to be held in Guangzhou

The 8th Shaanxi-Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Economic Cooperation Week is to be held in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Macao from Nov 10 to Nov 17. It will expand cooperation on technology and innovation, financial services, modern logistics and tourism between Shaanxi and Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. The Shaanxi Products Exhibition, one of the important events during the SGHM Economic Cooperation Week, will be held from Nov 11 to Nov 12 in Guangzhou.

The exhibition will cover an area of 5000㎡, and involve over 200 enterprises. Three zones for exhibition, promotion and communication will be set up to exhibit Shaanxi tourism, advanced technology, advanced manufacturing, agricultural specialties and local food to enhance the recognition, influence and market occupancy of Shaanxi enterprises.

Shaanxi Culture & Tourism Zone

The Shaanxi Culture & Tourism Zone mainly exhibits imitations of cultural relics from famous museums in Shaanxi, Shaanxi intangible cultural heritage shows, tourism attractions, souvenirs, travel routes and tourism products, aiming at strengthening cultural communication between Shaanxi and Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.

High-tech Products Zone

This area focuses on new generation high-tech products and mainly displays graphene, high-performance composites and other new materials, as well as high-tech agricultural, biotechnology and other world-class technologies and products.

Advanced Manufacturing Zone

This area centers on advanced intelligent manufacturing enterprises from Shaanxi and mainly exhibits technological achievement transformation in aerospace engineering, military and civilian integration, precision machinery, small and special electrical machines and other specific domains. It concentrates on the development of robotics, oil exploitation and other technical reformation products.

Agricultural Specialties Zone

The area mainly exhibits local agricultural products such as Shaanxi apples, kiwifruit, pomegranates, jujubes, tea and miscellaneous grains. It aims to help famous and special products of Shaanxi enterprises develop international and domestic markets, enhance Shaanxi's product popularity and market share, advance the brand of Shaanxi local products, and promote trade cooperation with Shaanxi, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.

Shaanxi food exhibition area

This zone focuses on display of Shaanxi historical restaurant brands and Shaanxi famous local snacks. Through the exhibition, more and more foreign tourists in coastal cities will become more familiar with Shaanxi food such as steamed cold noodles, the Chinese Hamburger and Qishan noodles, further strengthening the cooperation between Shaanxi and Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.
