GDP for 2019 was 211 billion yuan, an increase of 8 percent year-on-year. The added value of primary industry reached 9.41 billion yuan, up 3.2 percent. The added value of secondary industry was 103.33 billion yuan, an increase of 9.6 percent, and the added value of tertiary industry was 98.36 billion yuan, up 6.6 percent.

Administrative divisions:

The city of Maanshan has jurisdiction over three urban districts （Huashan, Bowang and Yushan) and three counties （Dangtu, Hanshan and Hexian ).
