Smart Community comes to E-town
Franshion Properties will cooperate with Tencent to establish a smart community in E-town.
The two sides are exploring the “2+X smart home” pattern, which refers to the integration of traditional real estate and cloud services.
Li Congrui, chief executive of Franshion Properties(China)Limited, said that the two companies have jointly formed a smart home work team, to focus on research of smart real estate products and services.
The smart community in E-town will be a test field for Franshion, where it will offer education, entertainment, financial and socializing services based on Tencent internet products and technologies.
Chen Zhong, chief marketing officer of Wemedia said people should be the core of internet innovation.
“Real estate enterprises can integrate customer experience better in marketing innovation,” Chen said, “there is no transformation for enterprises, but rebirth.”
