A Fengchuang talent development forum was held in E-town on September 7, attracting a number of talents from famous companies and well-known names from institutes. The Fengchuang talent training base was also launched at the forum.

“Some enterprises in E-town have the problem of attracting talent. With the help of government, universities, training institutes, enterprises and social organizations, the talent training base will serve as an incubator to attract and train talents,” said Zhang Hanyan, president of Fengchuang science park and the initiator of the base.

With demand for good staff rising sharply, the outflow of human resources is increasingly a problem for E-town, not to mention that leading enterprises of Hebei and Tianjin usually recruit talent there. The Fengchuang talent training base will serve as a platform to let enterprises in E-town find the people they need, while providing a channel for job seekers to get the job opportunities they want.

The base will not only find talents for enterprises but also train them to fit the enterprises’ requirements.

The base will periodically hold seminars and salons to release and interpret talent policy, helping businesses which meet the policy requirements get financial support from the government. It will build a personnel recruitment platform to train all kinds of talents from the Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei region, and strengthen E-town’s cooperation with universities and enterprises, attracting more graduates to work there and in regional companies.

Zhang said that the aim of the Fengchuang talent training base is to build a useful platform to be shared by enterprises and job seekers.
