The third Beijing E-town Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (Europe Division) concluded in Beijing on Sept 5.

Jointly hosted by the science and technology bureau of Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (Beijing E-town) and E-Town Capital, the competition included remote roadshows and on-site roadshows.

The competition, which started in early June, attracted participants from countries including Finland, Germany, France and Denmark. A total of nine projects made it to the final.

The Gogloob and Silex projects from Finland, and a solar electric car project from Germany won the first three places respectively.

In addition, the Finnish Gogloob project will be based in Beijing E-town, thanks to a cooperation agreement reached with E-Town Capital.
