Construction work on a smart car innovation park has begun in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (BDA for short) recently, according to local media.

The park is expected to provide the technology and professional testing platform for intelligent and connected vehicles (ICV). It is aimed at promoting the transformation and upgrading of China's automobile industry, while aiding the construction of an intelligent transportation system.
