Lu Yanhong, the deputy director of the Urumqi Economic and Technological Development Zone (Toutunhe District) (UETD) management committee, Wei Yujie, the vice deputy of its organization department, Zhang Guozheng, the general manager of Urumqi Economic and Technological Development Zone (UETD) Management Committee Construction and Investment Co., Ltd and other representatives recently visited E-Town Capital for an informational forum. Wang Hui, the deputy of the organization department of the Beijing Economic Development Area, Wang Xiaobo, the general manager of E-Town Capital, Zhang Jialun, the deputy manager of E-Town Capital and Tang Xuefeng, the general manager of E-Town Industrial investment Co., Ltd were also in attendance.

Lu provided general information and outlined the zone's industrial development and major projects' construction. The UETD is located northwest of Urumqi in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. Between the zone and the city of Changji is the Toutun River.

Set among the southern foothills of Tianshan Mountain, it joins with Liushihu township in Urumqi county to the north. It has a planned management area of 480 square kilometers, with nine district offices under administration, a population of 220,000 and about 4,000 enterprises of all types.

The forum discussed UETD's role in urban construction, development, investment and cooperation. The UETD learned from E-Town Capital about industrial investment, overseas pooling and the Fund of Funds. The parties also shared information about how to expand overseas markets, how to transform investment highlights, and how to examine and understand each other's internal operations.
