New course aims to train skilled workers in BDA

A group of 50 representatives from 13 companies, including BOE Technology and SMC attended a new training course for skilled workers at Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (BDA) which opened on Nov 9, according to kfqgw.beijing.gov.cn.
The training class, which aims to offer professional development opportunities to skilled workers in the development zone, involves the teaching of theory and business skills, and also allows attendees to share their own experiences. The training session also combines classroom learning with field visits to keep the course varied and interesting.
Cutting-edge topics such as big data applications and artificial intelligence are also part of the course curriculum. And the course organizers have set up designated study rooms for attendees.
The new course is all part of the BDA’s efforts to retain and attract skilled workers, and so far 200 people have attended the sessions which have been held on three occasions.
