BDA to support listing of companies

Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (BDA) will facilitate the listing of companies after signing a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange on November 21.
According to the agreement, BDA will carry out comprehensive, in-depth and long-term cooperation with the two stock exchanges in information exchange, listing of reserve companies, and supervision and cooperation of listed companies.
In addition, cooperation will be carried out in the development of fixed income products, the use of investment and financing service platforms, the education and publicity of capital market investors, and the exchange of talent.
The two stock exchanges will support tech-based enterprises in the BDA to use the innovative and entrepreneurial investment and financing service platform to carry out roadshows, realize information sharing among the BDA, capital markets, venture capital institutions and third-party professional service intermediaries.
Also, relying on the cross-border upgrade of the investment and financing service platform, the alliance will help promote cooperation between BDA-based enterprises and countries with global scientific and technological innovation resources.
